TROJAN SOLUTIONS FOR Micro-electronics

Dependable, effective UV water treatment ensures peak product quality

Applying powerful UV energy, TrojanUVLogic™ systems oxidize total organic carbon (TOC) molecules and enhance second-stage deionization. Installing a TrojanUVLogic™ system between two deionization stages has been shown to increase both the volume and purity of ultrapure water. In addition, the system improves performance while using fewer UV lamps than conventional UV systems.

TrojanUVLogic™ systems also dechlorinate water to protect chlorine-sensitive reverse osmosis (RO) membranes or remove residual ozone to protect other downstream equipment.

Quality components and sanitary manufacturing processes meet strict standards

By incorporating high-quality materials like machined end plates and seamless tubing, the TrojanUVLogic™ product line meets the most demanding sanitary standards. Moreover, because we want the TrojanUVLogic™ to be the strongest link in your production quality chain, we manufacture, test, and package our systems in a Class 100,000 cleanroom.

Advanced design reduces space and lamp requirements

TrojanUVLogic™ systems are based on highly-efficient reactor chambers that hydraulically outperform conventional UV reactors by as much as 40%. Reduced footprint and lamp requirements allow you to install the TrojanUVLogic™ system in compact spaces, saving valuable room and decreasing installation expenses. Fewer lamps result in lower operating and maintenance costs.

Comprehensive tests ensure product quality

To ensure that your TrojanUVLogic™ system performs flawlessly, Trojan’s engineers rigorously test the electrical systems and pressure handling capability of every system before it leaves our plant. We also ship TrojanUVLogic™ systems fully assembled, so installation is simple.
